How to Order?

Browse the catalog, select the product model/size/color and click add to cart. To add more items, click continue shopping then select and add to cart more products.

When you're ready click checkout, input delivery and billing details, select payment method, click review order. Double check the details then click submit order.

You will receive an email with the order details. If you selected bank transfer make sure you do the transfer right after you completed the order so we can send the merchandise to you asap.

While every effort is made to present each item on our website as accurately as possible, the images you see depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an identical representation of the actual colour of the item.

We make every effort to make sure that each item sold at The Activo Online Shop is manufactured to the highest quality and that the goods reach you in perfect conditions.

All prices stated are inclusive of GST.

• Please select 'Standard Air Mail' option during checkout. We currently mail out only Jump Ropes, Books & Videos, Accessories and Evasion Belts to international destinations. Please allow between 3-10 working days for delivery.
• For Bulk Orders
• For bulk orders or school purchases,please email us at team@activo.sg.

When paying by bank deposit please email us the following information:

• 1. Reference used for the deposit: (name used on your invoice)
• 2. Date of deposit: (xx/xx/xx - the date you made the deposit)
• 3. Amount deposited: (the amount you deposited)
• 4. Your order number: (the order number shown in the email)
• 5. Bank deposited from: (name of your bank)

Delivery

By SingPost
Delivery takes about 4 to 7 business days, depending on SingPost.

Free delivery by SingPost: we pay the regular Singpost delivery charges.
SingPost registered article - we pay the regular Singpost delivery charges and the customers pays the SingPost registered article charge.

Home delivery by Activo staff is applicable only for bulky items or bulk purchases.
