A fun and entertaining session where participants will experience why rope skipping is for everyone and find out how to master any jumps by using the SkipFit® 3-Step Breakdown!
Basics
Participants will master the basics of rope-skipping (Timing, Balance, Co-ordination) while performing rope turns (Phrase A of The Basic SkipFit® Routine) to the tempo of popular music.
Teamwork
The SkipFit® Long Rope Challenge-a simple yet challenging group competition where a team of 5 (2 turners and 3 jumpers) will have to attempt the most number of skips in the long rope within 30 seconds.
Fitness
The session will end with an interval training known as the iFIT blast where participants will discover how they can combine rope-skipping with bodyweight exercises for a effective and fun personal workout
Note: Let’s Jump! can be modified to suit the needs of athletes involved in different sports ie. Basketball, Track & Field, Martial Arts, Racket Sports.
Whether you are a beginner or a competitive athlete, you will discover how to get the most out of this underestimated fitness and conditioning tool and improve your performance with sport specific jump rope techniques, circuits and drills.
