Tip: For greatest success, choose a javelin that has a meter rating slightly above how far you throw. As the meter rating increases the javelin becomes stiffer - this cuts down on the vibration during flight, resulting in longer throws.

These metered Javelins are made of a special aluminum alloy that gives them the benefit of both steel and aluminum i.e. the flexibility of aluminum with the stiffness of steel, yielding a javelin that flies great!
