An improved way to perform footwork training for improved speed, balance and coordination. The Pro-Flat agility ladder is an essential tool for quickness training. The slats can be set to suit all ages and ability - beginner, intermediate, advanced, athlete.

• 1. Set the rung spaces to suit the age of participants or your training goals.
• 2. Use narrow spacing for small children or to challenge your athletes with short and rapid quick steps for greater body control and challenge.
• 3. Experienced ladder users can mix the settings for even greater overload. For example alternate between 30cm (11") and 40cm (16") spaces.
• 4. Heavy duty flat PVC ladder; suitable for training on flat surfaces.
